Material & life cycle

Life cycle depends very much on the selected Stroke, Acutation force and Snap. Actuating angle, actuating force, actuator shape, temperature & humidity etc all influence test results. We a standard silicone material, a long life silicone material for higher cylces and a capacitive silicone.

We strongly recommend testing life cycle in your specific application and environment. Typical life cylces are 20'000 - 500'000 cyles, depending on characteristics.
